Its all about surviving

Iam still remember 10 years ago (i was 18..also still remember how do i looked when i was 18..hehe), recession was hitting the whole world. And here it goes again..it just, 10 years ago i did not give a damn about it (hey! i was 18).
Many of my frens which most of them are working in corporate sectors are complaining how stressful they are in order to survive their job. Some of them have been thinking to resign but it takes a major gut to do so as the situation eventually will not favor them to do so in my opinion.
Well, lets get real.. we hate our job..it took 3/4 of our day. we think our pay is not worth the efforts and commitment that we have been giving since day one of the employment. So the more stressful we are, the more demoralised we are becoming and the less high quality result we are producing. Its a domino effect unfortunately...
Shall we pull the trigger hoping that we cud survive another better job elsewhere or shall we hold on until time is revive.
maybe iam lucky for now as i do not have to make that kind of decision as i have my own biz and not to worry about being retrenched but we would not know what is going to happen in future and yes..i need to worry if not much at least i need to think how am i going to survive in any circumstances that possible happen to me...iam a bit worried and i think everybody does...and here is when our belief plays the major role..i believe Allah knows what is best for us..InsyaAllah.

Sejarah 'lovelife' aku mmg byk drama. Actually byk yg aku dah lupakan tapi tadi aku terbaca satu blog sorang celebrity yg agak2 popular jugak yg baru2 ni kena pindah department (dah mcm blog soosip plak aku nie...-org thai sebut gossip as soosip). Kat dlm blog dia, she has been telling ppl about her relationship to another male celebrity yg dulunya manis skrg dah masam.

Bila tgh suka, tunggul pun kite kata cantik, kentut pun bau wangi. Tapi bila dah nyampah..segala benda pun silap..that is normal..tersangat2 lah normalnyer....Bila sesuatu perhubungan itu terputus mulalah kita kata "untung i tak jadi dengan dia, kalau tak.......", " Dia tu takder la baik sgt, skrg baru lah aku sedar" dan bermcm2 lagilah quotes yg akan terkeluar..itu pun normal lah....

Aku ader beberapa relationship yg serius yg sesetengahnya membawa bahagia dan kebanyakannya membawa sengsara. Aku pun pernah lah mcm si celebrity ni yg tak abis2 nak cerita 'bad side' of his Mr. X smpi kadang2 aku ter'exaggerate' kan fakta..hehe..tapi kalau korang tanya aku skrg pasal Mr.Mr. X aku, aku akan citer yg elok2 ajer dan selebihnya no komen.

Dah jadik lumrah manusia akan cakap perkara yg buruk kat benda yg dia tak dapat..We call that type of person as 'sourgrape'..mungkin aku pun pernah jadik camtu bila hubungan yg aku harapkan berkekalan tak menjadi. Mulalah aku nak citer seolah2 aku ni angel yg teraniaya dan si dia tu plak setan yg tak sedar diri..(amboi marahnyer)

Tapi lumrah manusia juga yg selalunya in denial..selalu menafikan cacat diri sendiri yg dia buat2 tak nampak. Perasaan marah tadi sebenarnya lahir dari rasa kasih sayang yg masih tebal kat mamat yg kita panggil setan tu. All the anger and negative energy we throw at them just show that we still not over them..we still have feelings for them dan jugak dendam yg hanya akan membakar diri kita sendiri..

Be matured, tak semua perhubungan akan berjaya. Be positive about it and let it go as u will realised there are many potential candidates out there for us to check out. Lagi byk kita bercakap yg buruk ttg bekas pasangan lagi terkeluar segala ketidakmatangan dan kelemahan kta walaupun tak abis2 kita ckp nak jadik perempuan yg kuat la..apalah..if we have nothing good to say its better to not say anything.

Untuk semua my Mr. X, ada diantara kamu yg singgah sekejap didalam hati saya, tapi ada juga yg dapat bertapak, membenih dan menuai didalamnya, ada perkara2 yg saya dah lupa, tapi ada juga perkara yg tak mungkin hilang diingatan. Ada yg sekadar bercinta namun ada juga yg sudah melayari hidup bersama. Ada yg masih boleh berkawan dan ada yg telah pergi meninggalkan. Sekiranya mungkin, maafkanlah segala silap saya kerana saya juga telah lama memaafkan kalian. Tiada lagi cerita2 hapak yg nak diceritakan kerana semuanya telah saya ambil sebagai dugaan tuhan dan saya redha atasnya. Tiada lagi dendam yg hanya membuat hati saya bengkak dan fikiran saya bercelaru. Mungkin kita menjadi insan yg lebih baik jika bersama dengan orang lain..ini tak bermakna salah satu daripada kita kurang baik..mungkin combination nya yg tak kena.

Buat celebrity yg cantik itu, aku doakan dia cepat2 dapat melupakan babak2 sedihnya and refuse to be a sourgrape...ciao

Kopitiam: Update

This morning, me, hubby and asyraf went to our kopitiam to check upon progress of the renovation. So basically nothing much done from the last visit except all tiles are being put and the ceiling fans are also being put. We werent so happy with the wall glass tiles colors selection, so we had a short discussion over it and after a few calls made we decided the tiles is off to go..ganti lain.

Murder on a kitchen floor

A very beautiful bird was found dead on my kitchen floor yesterday. When i found it, i can still feel it's heart beat but after seconds it was gone..sedih sangatt..
oh ya..i never mention that i have 5 cats and all are brutal!!especially the one named MACHIE(sebenarnya diambik dari perkataan "macha" sbb itam..hehe)but hes my favourite cos hes so smart. So he is the main suspect for the time being referring to his bad track record (dia dah bunuh at least 7 burung dalam tahun ni..tapi selalunya burung pipit yg itam tu)but there were no proofs or evidences..cewahh!!cam citer homicide lak..so i think he could just walk away this time..acquitted!!

I need a vacation..not a resolution

When we are reaching a new year, most of us will set their new year resolution to achieve. I don't have any new year resolution..i never give a thought about it. For me,of course we must have target to achieve in our lives regardless its beginning or ending of the year and we continuously working on our target.

Iam not going to discuss further on this actually, but i wanna tell about my unfulfilled vacation that i planned early this year. Me and hubby have planned of going to London during this festive season for holiday. I was so excited that i have arranged almost everything from flight to accommodation. But something came up so we need to postpone our plan to...END OF NEXT YEAR..ambik kau.....so basically iam stuck here in KL with no plan of a gateway..i need a vacation!!!!

Me and asyraf are hoping there will be a London trip next year as being promised by his papa...nak jugak!!!

Gucci "D" Large Hobo

Last Wednesday I've got an email from CT informed that my Gucci is already here from UK. I was excited but can only pick up the bag the next day cos its already 10pm when she told me. So, the next day after i had lunch with hubby at KLCC we went together to her house and tadaa....my Gucci 'D' Gold Large Hobo is exactly like what i was imaging it (i didn't check the exact model of this one at Gucci boutique like i always do). I will parading this bag today as i have a wedding to attend and on monday as well(also a wedding)I was planning to use my LV Ursula on monday but i think its too big for wedding reception where everybody is usually carry clutches (the wedding will be held at the sheraton..i dont want to be looked like i wanna go shopping with my diapers size bag)..LOL

Kopitiam

After lunch all of us were so bored, nothing to do and apparently we do not want to "golek-golek" at home sambil memberatkan badan so we had decided to do a site visit to our under renovation kopitiam in pandan indah. Apparently it is 60% done and schedule to be completed by mid january so we could start operation by end of January. There are some ID works that we realised we have to change a bit but overall it went as per discussed. I will write more on this when everything is in place. Ciao

Penang

Dah 3 hari i tak online, my inbox has 61 unread messages..and only 1/3 of them are actually was sent for me..the rest are rubbishhhh.....tapi i dpt satu email from CT saying that my CD and LV handbags i gave her last week are both sold.hoorey..tapi duit lom dapat lagi since the buyer still not done paying. takper lah asalkan dah jual..leganya!!
So where have i been missing for the last 3 days..rasanya takder sapa pun kisah..tapi nak bagitau jugak. I was in Penang with my family. We stayed at The Gurney (mmg kat situ pun salu stay kalau ke penang, otherwise it would be The Northam). We all kalau holiday jarang stay kat hotel room, we prefer suite or apartment cos we do not like to be separated.
Visit Penang ni dah mcm annual event kitorang since kat sana blh buat mcm2. Makan, shopping, makan, makan lagi...but this time around we all exercise jugak so we dont feel the guiltiness of eating nasik kandar as much as usual..hehe.. Oklah, im actually just got home and feel so tired rite now..lots of things to share but will do it later..ciao.

The Non - Believers

I have numbers of friends raised questions about marriage..how impractical is the idea of being married they said. Well...i am not totally rejecting this idea nor that i am supporting. Whether we realised or not, more and more of us are getting scared to get married regardless men/women. Marriage are suppose to be a sacred 'thing' that we share with our loved one till death do us apart..well at least that was the intention.
I am also have my own 'history' that once break my belief on marriage life. But i am still not ready to share the story here as i have thrown the sad memories far away from my mind..although i am not totally succeeded. Is it true that beautiful marriages are no longer exist?. Arent we suppose to be responsible of success or failure of one relationship that we are having? Do we want to give up giving hope before we actually try it?
I have been married to my husband for two years. its actually too short to determined the success rate of my marriage..but my husband has been married to his late wife for 18 years before she lost her battle for cancer. And he has been talking about her until now..and ive learnt that they used to do everything together..go to the market together, exercise together even they go together to fetch kids from school...i was not believe him,i thought he just bluffing, but it comes out true.. and i want that same kind of relationship that he had with her but now its with me. So i chose to make it works..and hell..its not easy..but never make it difficult..
Well, everybody has their own ways to make the relationship worked, but i hope all of us don't see marriange as a gambling..we don't gamble over our husbands, wives, kids, our family..we choose and we strive for what we have chosen.
Untuk suami2...ada sbb isteri datangnya dari rusuk kirimu itu, supaya dia dekat dengan hatimu.

Who are the better drivers???

Battle of the sexes still rages on when the question is asked as to which gender is the better driver. Statistically men drive cars more often than women so the numbers may support the notion that men are the better (or worse) drivers. My personal opinion men are the better drivers, better means they are more skillful but women cooperate with trafic better which makes us(women) a better citizen. Well..women out there dont simply punish me by saying im a betrayer..lets face it, how many women know the difference between radiator and lug wrench? maybe yes for some of us but majority prefer to talk about the latest movie of sex and the city than trying to figure out how to change a tyre (but girls..seriously u need to know how..its damn important). But women, as always know ourselves better than men, we know that we are not an excellent driver and we do not own the skills like micheal schumacher has , so we drive a bit slowly than u guys do. we dont pretend that we didnt see the trafic light turns red or having amnesia that suddenly all the knowledge that we learnt at JPJ(when u apply the license)has gone and decided to over take using the emergency lane.

Men also seem to take more chances when they're behind the wheel than a woman, maybe its a male macho thing, but I find that men have less patience, always seems to be in a hurry to go nowhere really.
Yes, there are a lot of good male drivers out there, and Yes, there's a lot of women who need to be sitting in the passenger side of the car than driving because they're too busy talking on a cell phone or sigh seeing, and the worst..applying lipstic while driving???gosh!!!



Conclusion? Tepuk dada tanya selera.....



P/S: when i was single i drive everyday to work and take care of the car by myself..i missed that!!

I think u all already know my obsession to handbags..yesterday i was so in a good mood as all bags i ordered are here..There are 4 of them consist of:

1. LV Multicolor Ursula in white (They also have black..but i think white is better)

2. Gucci Joy Tote (Story behind: i was mistakenly ordered this one..luckily i liked it)

3. Gucci Wallet (its a anniversary&birthday present to hubby)

4. Gucci Purse (just wanna have something identical/similar to his wallet)

Thanx to CT who went to so much trouble to get them for me in London...i still have a gucci handbag coming to be in my collection..will upload photo when its here.

My beloved speedy

LV speedy has been in my 'must have handbag' list since i was 'anak dara'. I used to like the Monogram canvas but i have changed my selection to Mini Lin Ebony(pronounce it as Mini Lung). It just becos i do not want somebody asking me if my speedy is original or not..u can easily spot an indonesian maid carrying speedy monogram canvas nowadays. Fakes are overwhelmed, sadly said...

Do u know that buying fakes is supporting crime and do u know that counterfeit industry is actually close linked to any other illegal activities such as child prostitution. Money from fake items they are selling are used to fund child prostitute ring and the nice fake bag u have is actually made by child labours. Thus, please..oh please dont buy fakes as its a crime..and non of us is criminal i believe...

Back to my Mini Lin, i got it from a friend who went to London middle of this year. I checked with KLCC boutique that time the retail was RM2800 and it has gotten up to RM3000 i was told..and i got it at RM2600...still cheaper kan...its so spacious and elegant..i also like the ebony color..look nice with almost anything i wear..love it

Anniversary

Today is my 2nd wedding anniversary. Its amazing how he can stand with me in these two whole years..haha..i am nothing like what he thought i am suppose..thanx dear for being my husband, my friend, my guardian. I do not know what sort of kindness ive done to deserve u as my companion...i love u!

Ok dah..dah..jgn jiwang sangat..hes going to laugh if he reads what i just said above..so last nite we went to chillis to celebrate lah kononnya..so as usual not much of photos taken as im not so photogenic..(i look better in person tho...perasan..perasan..)

Last nite I had Rib Eye Steak (med done), hubby had grilled lamb, asyraf had fajitas, alia had burger and aizat had chicken cajun...nice except the dessert we chose..whenever we all be in chillis we always have choc molten for our dessert but this time the waiter has suggested white choc molten instead the normal one..but unfortunately we do not like it..it doesnt taste good. at least for us..but the rest are fine so my anniversary is still perfect. doakanlah kebahagiaan i and family berkekalan..amin...

Landslide in Bkt Antarabangsa

its 1.06am and im still awake. hubby is sitting at his working area monitoring the forex movement..i can hear he sigh few times..dont lose money over the forex honey, we need them to fund our house..hehe

Talking about house, im still shock over the landslide tragedy happened las friday..loss so sudden..and the trauma will never dissappear..my deeply condolences to all victims..this is a true test and i hope everybody will play their role and dont act like "hangat2 tahi ayam" come on ppl..why we still do not learn from the previous tragedies..how many lives to be sacrified until we understand how bad is the situation. Who are we to challenge the mother nature? regardless how advance the technology they were talked about..those irresponsible ppl doesnt give a damn when this thing happened, i suppose they all are now sitting back comfortably in their benz and beemer whit their big fat belly...and muka tegang(eat tempe..it works perfectly for ur skin..)

oh, talking about tempe, i heard Mr Toyo is currently building a house in Sec 7 Shah Alam..(seems he cant go far from his former "Kediaman Rasmi" i heard from he suppose to be future neighbour who is not so much welcoming him to the neighbourhood. Apparently becos they think hes not suppose to have enough money to have a bungalow there..huge bungalow i must say..as his salary as x menteri besar and now MB of the opposition party in selangor doesnt seem so lucrative. but pls be fair here ppl...who knows his father has left him "wasiat berjuta - juta lemon" or maybe from his personal saving when he was a dentist. i bet dentist can make juta - juta as many ppl wear braces now..(including me).

I still remember someone has said" No more further development on hillside" he also said"enough is enough" SIGH....but nothing is enough when it comes to MONEY...they will turn into MONKEY who are willing to jump from one branch to another as long as poket penuh..

Fiest Of Sacrifice

Eid-ul-Adhia is a festival that is celebrated on the 10th of Dhul Hijja and marks the close of the Hajj ceremony or Pilgrimage to the Ka’aba. A Muslim is required to perform the pilgrimage at least once in his lifetime, provided that he can afford the cost of the journey, is not indebted to anyone and is not otherwise prevented from performing the Hajj. Those who unable to perform the pilgrimage join in the Eid-ul-Adha ceremony at their own places. The Eid is celebrated with great solemnity and reverence everywhere. Like Eid-ul-Fitr, Muslims make preparations several days before the festival. The animals to be sacrificed are bought well before the Eid day by those who can afford to do so. These animal should be free from all physical defects and should be fully grown. In case of sheep, goat or lamb, one animal suffices for one household, while a cow or a camel can be shared by upto seven families. On the day of the Eid, Muslims assemble in the Eid-gah or in the large mosques of the town for Eid Prayer Service. The Eid Prayer is comprised of two Raka’ats and offered in the same manner as Eid-ul-Fitr. Generally no breakfast is served on this Eid, and those who offer sacrifice do not eat anything until after they have sacrificed the animal. After the prayer the Imam delivers a sermon in which he explains the significance of the festival, giving the details of the sacrifices offered by Prophet Abraham (AS), his wife Hajar (as) and their son Prophet Isma’il (AS). Returning by a different route and singing the praise of Almighty Allah, Muslim worshippers return home and slaughter their animals. On Eid day, Muslims recite the praise of Allah in the following words:Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar La illaha illa Allah, wa Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar wa Lillah hil Hamd Translation: Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest There is none worthy of worship except Allah and Alah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest and All praise belongs to Allah The person who offers the sacrifice is allowed to use a portion of the meat, the remainder is distributed among the relatives, friends, neighbors and the poor. The animals my be sacrificed on the day of the Eid or the two days that follow. Millions of animals are slaughtered all over the world on this occasion. The skins of the slaughtered animals are sold and the proceeds given to different charities. •Philosophy of the Sacrifice: According to the teachings of Islam, the sacrifice of animals is not offered to appease offended deities nor to win their favor as an atonement of sins as was the case of many other nations. The Holy Quran made it quite clear by stating: “Neither the flesh nor the blood of your sacrifices reaches God, but it is the righteous motive underlying them that reaches Him.” (22:37) In other words, the slaughtering of animals is a symbolic expression whereby a Muslim declares his readiness to lay down his own life and everything he owes for the sake of God Almighty. The animal that is sacrificed really stands for the animal in man himself.
•When is it celebrated?Eid-Ul-Adha is observed after the conclusion of the Hajj. The first day of this celebration is held on the 10th day of Duhl-Hijja, which is the last month of the Muslim year. In most areas, the Feast of Sacrifice is celebrated over several days.Islamic months begin at sunset on the day when the lunar crescent appears after the new moon, and can be sighted by the unaided eye . “Visibility depends on a large number of factors including weather condition, the altitude of the moon at sunset, the closeness of the moon to the sun at sunset, the interval between sunset and moonset, atmospheric pollution, the quality of the eyesight of the observer, use of optical aids etc.” As a result, although the phases of the moon can be predicted accurately, the moon's visibility at a given place on Earth cannot be estimated in advance. Thus, the feast day has always been celebrated on different days in various areas of the world.Because the date of the Feast of Sacrifice is determined by a lunar calendar, it is observed about 11 days earlier each year.

Aidiladha menjelma lagi..sama2 kita memanjatkan kesyukuran atas nikmat yg diberi Allah SWT.

Well...we were all celebrating the fiest of sacrifice in KL..tak balik kg..like my last Aidilfitri..just stay at home..didnt go anywhere..boring..but the good thing of it i dont get to do packing..hehe

but i think i get used to the idea of beraya di KL..

So, malam tadi was busy cooking for menu today..and as usual i was the chef of the day..my maid pun takleh kacau when i start pegang senduk.I started cooking after maghrib and just finished approximately 11pm. Lucky i am..hubby pun sibuk2 tolong kat dapur..rajinnya abang!! So the menus are:

2. Ayam merah

3. Dalca

4. Kari Kambing Special

tak sempat nak tangkap gambar awal2 so ni je yg sempat..sebelum kena makan utk dinner tonite..unfortunately kari kambing i dah "licin" so no photo of it..

So guys..i wish all of us have learn something from the fiest of sacrifice..buat semua mangsa tanah runtuh di Bt Antarabangsa, i pay my condolences to all of u, ini semua qada' dan qdar Allah SWT, hadapinya dengan keimanan...kita semua sememangnya tak lama di Dunia ini..Wassalam...ciao.

Ladies..coach is having sale for just about everything they have..i have promised Alia to buy her one nice coach handbag tp biasalah...promises are easy to say but difficult to do..hehe..but today i realised her dream by purchasing a brand new COACH LEATHER JULIANNE in Black/Silver. Retail is USD458 excluding all the crap(handling fees, custom tax, bla..bla..)and if im not mistaken it is nearly RM2500 in KL boutique(that is why i stop buying from KL boutiques..outrageous)

Aizat has got distinction for 3 subjects hes taken so we all satu family went out dinner to celebrate lah..so finally we went to this restaurant in shah alam called SERAI..its a thai restaurant. Kecik n simple ajer..my hubby was the one who found this place..baca dekat the star ader satu column talking about the best buttered prawn in town so there were 3 comments on this place saying that they have the best buttered prawn so we decided to try..and the verdict!!!
memang sedap especially the "sarang"(i dont know what they call the thing) but we have tried better buttered prawn somewhere else..so yg ni kira distinction jugak lah..cuma theres higher distinction weve tasted. we also had tomyam seafood, kangkong belacan, ayam sos thai, kerabu mango and daging merah which overall taste good..oh ya..dia punyer cendol mmg meletup!!
so for those yg nak try tp xtau where is it located, rest ni dekat sek 3 bersebelahan rest gembira(nasi lemak yg popular tu)..i forgot to take any photos sbb dh lapar sgt semua pun lupa...so again, congratulation to aizat.. keep up the good work and not to forget to alia yg tgh struggling menjawab paper ACCA nyer...good luck dear...ciao

its called Dr Hillier Q Hobo from Marc Jacobs..i purchased online from my sourceful shopper..and i only carry this bag eversince...it comes with two kind of hardware, gold and silver but i was told that the silver one has been sold out in US and its impossible to find one. its high sort after bags...will upload photos of my other handbags and i need ur comment on it..and also i hope to share opinion, thoughts and photos of u gals collection...ketemu lagi..ciao

I never had a blog before and this is my 1st time blogging and seriously i am a blog virgin..i didnt know it will take quite of my time just to create the account. So i guess i will start by introducing myself..



For those who already know me from the day i was born until 2006 they usually call me Azura, Zura and some ppl call Zora..all are my name for sure!

And for those who i met 2006 onwards, most of them call me Nora, including my hubby (occasionally he calls me "yang") and that makes me Norazora..i know..i know..what a rare name..weird name..unique name??haha maybe...



Iam 29(only few days left before i get the 3 series...alah..30 lah), married for two years now..(anniversary is in 6 days) and i am a bag a holic..i love high end designer handbags so much that i dont care how much my hubby was annoyed by my hobby..sorry darling..

So basically this blog gives me the opportunity to share my interest with the ladies out there...i know theres a lot of my species out there..
