Arrghh...dieting is suck!!!!
Yesterday i have 'kutu' party with my neighbours and as usual we eat, we talk, we gossiping..(btw, betul ke ct nurhaliza nak mintak cerai ah??....)and some of them came to me and asked me,
"Nora..berseri2 je pipi tu, dah ader isi ke?" i was like.."errrrr"
"Nora senang hati eh...dah bulat sikit lah"...again..."errrrr"
yeah..yeah..i put on weight, i admit it..4 kgs in 2 months..yeah..yeah..i know what u are thinking..
Well, actually i lost my weight during puasa..i lost 4 kgs...but u knowlah raya kan..so about a month after raya i still carry the holiday weight and manage to put on another 2 kgs..eh mcm bangga lak..
Its not that i didnt try to control my eating behavior, i did...but the temptation is so strong lahh...i had few rounds of food testing session for my kopitiam, many birthday parties from Nov - Feb so there will be foods i couldnt resist.
Sounds like making excuses? maybe i am..
But i know i have to overcome this overweight issue i have rite now ASAP..anyone with any diet/health program are welcome to share with me...iam willing to try anything as long as its safe..
P/S: I wish i cud turn back time to those good old days where my wieght was only 43kg..seriously..what have i done to myself...
