vermicelli

I was all in cooking mood this morning..i woke up early, exercised a bit and then went to buy breakfast and get some of the stuff to cook for lunch..i was delighted to cook as i haven't been cooking for a week i suppose..(malasss). i cooked mee siam kuah which is hubby's fav. Being a housewife, we must show our 'keterroran' once in a while kannn....
But that could only be happen if your dishes are 'edible' laaa....which was not in my case today..i have been cooking this menu many times..believe me, its awesome as people will ask for the recipe. But the vermicelli just wont let me go thru it..damn you rice vermicelli!!when i soaked it , it was just fine but once i throw it into the wok, it transformed itself to 'bubur'..it was like it melted..hancurrr...i was not even add water to it. But the kuah is still nice lah..but the gravy is no good without the bihun kan...alahaiii....
So iam all frustrated as the kids had to make burgers for their lunch, it was only hubby yang rela makan sepinggan habis..tks abang..nak jugak dia makan..even me cannot telan that 'bubur'...
ok lah, iam still in bad mood rite now..oh, btw i baught it at tesco at cheper price..(it was on sale item) i suspected the bihun is no longer good or maybe its already expired( i didnt check the expiry date..my mistake). I hesitate to reveal the brand here as i dont know if its appropriate, but if anyone of wants to know, feel free to ask me..i will tell u in private.CiAO
